Why should I stay in the Annual Meeting hotel?
Staying in guest rooms at the official meeting hotel not only puts you in the center of the action, it also helps AMCA meet its contracted number of rooms with the hotel. Meeting the contracted room block prevents AMCA from owing the hotel money later, which ultimately keeps costs to the attendee as low as possible in the future years! Please note that no portion of your room rate at the host hotel is credited back to the AMCA.

Does AMCA receive money from my hotel stay at the host hotel?
No! AMCA does not receive any money from the host hotel for your hotel stay. AMCA has a contract with the hotel and a certain number of rooms that we must fill, however, none of this is credited from the host hotel in any way to the association.
