The 2018 Exhibit and Sponsorship Prospectus includes general exhibit and sponsorship information, exhibit booth pricing, rules & regulations, interactive application and the floor plan. As an exhibitor, you'll have direct access to hundreds of mosquito and vector control field workers, researchers and educators. Expected attendance is approximately 1,000! -Exhibitor Lottery Application Due (with full payment): October 20, 2017*
-Exhibit Application Due (with full payment): November 17, 2017
-Exhibitor Services Manual Distributed: November 27, 2017

*The exhibit lottery is open to any exhibiting company who would like to participate in the initial assignment and selection of booth space. The official lottery process will be held in November. Please visit the Booth Selection section of the prospectus for more information.
