PAYMENT
Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only. Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations. Should you need to pay by check, please mail your check to Association Headquarters at 1120 NJ-73 Suite 200, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received. The last day for advance registration is October 18th, 2022. Onsite registration will be available.

CANCELlATIONS, NAME CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
The NOVA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy is applicable to the 42nd Annual NOVA Meeting.
- Registrants canceling on or after September 21st, 2022 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
- In the event NOVA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NOVA will refund the cost of registration. However, NOVA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
Conference registration cancelled on or before September 21st, 2022 is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.
