This year's meeting will take place at Harrah's New Orleans Hotel & Casino. Located in the heart of the world's most exhilarating city, this 26-story marvel, with 450 oversized rooms and suites, provides an unparalleled escape. With spectacular views of the Mississippi River and New Orleans skyline, just steps from the French Quarter and Convention Center and a few blocks from the Superdome, there is no better place to stay.

Not mentioning that you are a part of our group will prevent you from receiving NOVA's discounted room rate. Any reservations made via telephone will be assessed a $15.00 fee plus current sales tax, per reservation. You can book your room for nights beginning on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022.

Why Book in the NOVA Housing Block? NOVA has negotiated a special room block specifically for our event attendees. All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and, assists NOVA in maintaining affordable, quality programming. Booking your reservation via Internet travel sites or staying at other properties has a long-term, negative impact on the NOVA meeting. The number of hotel guest rooms that can be attributed to NOVA attendees helps us negotiate better rates with the hotels and the city's meeting facilities, avoids financial penalties and helps offset increased costs in our efforts to maintain affordable registration fees.

We appreciate your supporting NOVA by booking hotel rooms within our official block! We have negotiated a special, discounted rate with the hotel for our attendees ($199/night + taxes)! The deadline for hotel reservations is Sunday, September 25th, 2022 or until the room block is full. After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations based on space availability, and you are not guaranteed NOVA's rate. Reservations may be cancelled, without penalty, 72 hours prior to arrival. Rooms cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to one-night room and tax as a penalty. 

It is the hotel’s standard policy to require a credit card or cash deposit from individual attendees upon check-in for incidental charges. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
